Returns and Refunds Policy

At Tavielle, we want you to love your jewellery. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

  1. Return Window
    Returns are accepted within [3] days of delivery, only if the item meets our return conditions.
  2. Eligible Returns
    You may request a return if:
  • the product arrived damaged,
  • you received the wrong item,
  • the product has a manufacturing defect,
  • or the package was missing an item.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival:
  • worn or used jewellery,
  • items without original packaging,
  • sale or clearance items,
  • customized or made-to-order products.
  1. Return Conditions
    To be eligible for return, the product must be:
  • unused and unworn,
  • in original packaging,
  • with tags, box, and accessories intact,
  • and supported by clear photo or video proof if damaged.
  1. Return Request Process
    To request a return, email us at [support@tavielle.com] within the return window with:
  • order number,
  • product name,
  • reason for return,
  • clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once approved, we will share the return instructions.

  1. Refunds
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
  2. Refund Timeline
    Refunds may take [5–10] business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. Exchange Policy
    We may offer exchange instead of refund for certain eligible cases, subject to stock availability.
  4. Shipping Charges
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/wrong item.

    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
